Why STEM Mentoring RI?

Mystic Aquarium's National STEM Mentoring began in Cranston at Gladstone Elementary

We expanded to Edgewood Highland Elementary

We expanded to the Cranston YMCA and Eden Park Elementary

 We delivered afterschool enrichment kits for 8 weeks to over 300 youth. We were awarded the Summer Learning Initiative grant from United Way and hosted a Cranston collaborative 1st-12th grade STEM based summer camp. 

We piloted a statewide iniative with the Narraganset Tribe, Cranston, Providence, East Providence, North Providence, Pawtucket, and Central Falls! We served over 400 youth K-12th grade

Thank you to our program collaborators, funders and supporters; the Rhode Island Foundation, Mystic Aquarium, Cranston Public Schools, and  the United Way of RI

We continued with the Narraganset Tribe, Cranston, Providence, East Providence, North Providence, Pawtucket, and Central Falls! We were also fortunate enough to expand to Newport, Westerly, West Warwick and Woonsocket! We served over 500 youth!
