A mentor is a caring adult, interested in facilitating and supporting small groups of mentees in STEM Activities
While everyone has their individual reasons for becoming a mentor, some added benefits are - becoming a support system for a younger person, having a support system, being a part of a movement and giving back to your community, volunteer hours, and to have fun!

Whether you love STEM, have skills and experience in STEM or have never done anything in STEM before - it is ok! Our mentees need someone who cares about them and wants to come back every week and have fun! If that describes you, then you are ready to be a mentor!
